K.O. Team was formed in the summer of 2004 by the trainer of Mr. Big Gym and founder of the team, João Diogo. At the moment, the team consists of 10 coaches and 11 monitors who are present in 6 muay thai and kickboxing gyms in Lisbon. We defend that: discipline, humility, sportsmanship, winning attitude, courage, intelligence, team spirit, determination, self-confidence and striving for goals are fundamental for the development and creation of champions. We promote sports, and encourage your playful and competitive practice
