City Design Advertising is based in San Carlos City.(the city is located at the crossroads of four major cities in the Visayas: Cebu City, Bacolod City, Iloilo City and Dumaguete City) Owned and started through Brando C. Ortega and has been around since January 1998 with humble beginnings as a sole worker armed only by one set of desktop computer, but as years passed the shop simply accelerated little by little and quickly grew - providing full desktop services on the same month of 2007.
