Before launching EGA, Dawn was Vice President of Strategy Execution at Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company (CBLife), where she was responsible for managing and assessing the company’s M&A strategy and managing all offshore operations teams. For nine years, Dawn also served as CBLife’s Billing Operations Manager, where she identified and implemented recommendations for reducing company expenses, managed a team of ten billing processors, and deployed all print communication.
