Massy Realty (Trinidad) Ltd., originally as a division of Nealco Properties Limited almost 25 years ago, was established as a limited liability company in 2006. From humble beginnings in a small office upstairs the Starlite Shopping Plaza with only one agent, we are proud to have become the leader in the industry, moving to a company with over 15 sales agents. From inception, we made our mark on the local real estate industry, by providing excellent commercial brokerage services in the disposal of properties totaling to almost $425M TT in gross sales in the first couple of years. The diversity of this real estate portfolio and the experiences gained through the clientele we met, stood us in good stead to later service many international companies. We learnt quickly that it is the relationships you develop and nurture along the way that contribute to the success of a business and these relationships continue to yield good will and reciprocity. In addition to the standard services of sales and rentals, we also provide consultancy services, rental and relocation services, property management, appraisals, business plans and market research to multinational and local corporate clients since real estate is a significant investment.
