The Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport currently owns 50 various tugboats and special vessels, including 16000KW high-horsepower ocean-going tugboat and three-purpose workboats, 2500KW-11530KW ocean-going tugboats and 11 offshore tugboats, and 4 barges, mainly to undertake domestic Large-size towage transfer missions, offshore oil services, and deepwater anchoring operations; 22 vessels with 3824KW-11480KW three-purpose tugs, mainly providing marine services for offshore oil development; 8 engineering vessels, including 4500 tons of rescue and salvage DPⅢ "Creative" wheel of lifting vessel, "Dali" 2500 tons lifting floating gondola, "Power" wheel of 3000 tons full-turn self-propelled salvage lifting vessel, "Deep Diving" of 300m deep diving working mother ship, 700 tons The salvage engineering support vessel "Juli" ship, the large oil spill recovery ship "Dedan" ship, etc. It also has 200-meter and 300-meter saturation diving systems, 3000-meter and 6000-meter underwater unmanned remote control submersibles (ROV), underwater guided mud attack equipment, offshore oil spill recovery equipment, and large and medium-sized such as 1200 tons and 800 tons. Salvage buoys and other special equipment are mainly used to provide services for marine salvage, marine engineering operations, oil spill cleanup operations, and various underwater projects. In addition, ship equipment such as a 500-meter saturated diving mother ship, a pile-up rescue boat, etc. are also under construction.
