CV. Dexafindo Rubber Indonesia was established on June 25th, 1996 and it’s located at Jl. Cibaduyut Raya 8 Bandung 40235, West Java, Indonesia. In the early years of its operation, the company produced spare parts from metal, and therefore had facilities like lathe, milling, and sawing machines. However, since 2000, the company has specialized itself in rubber seal products especially those for motorcycles and automobiles.
Besides selling the products directly to the end customers, the company also serves as the sole supplier for the Genuine Part (GP) and Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM). The rubber seals produced by the company are those for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki. Besides for motorcycles, the company also produces those for cars, such as Isuzu Panther, Toyota Truck Dyna,Truck Hino, Nissan Truck, etc.
The production facilities include: 6 units of hydraulic-press machines which consist of 5 machines with 50 tons capacities and 1 machine with 100 tons capacities; 4 units of conventional machines (hand-press machines), and 1 unit of hydraulic-cutting machine. CNC Machining Center is used to produce the cavity mould.
