The Hong Kong Plastics Manufacturers Association Limited was established in 1957. It is a non-profit service organization whose members are all manufacturers operating in the plastics industry. So far it has become the three major industrial pillars of Hong Kong. The purpose of the Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen communication, exchanges and cooperation among the industry to obtain the latest information on the plastics market and technological development, and to work hard for the development of the entire plastics industry to enhance competitiveness. The association aims to strengthen the communications, collaborations and ideas exchange among plastic manufacturers in order to gather the latest information on market trends and technology development. This results in enhancing the overall competitiveness of the plastic industry.
